1. Booking & Accommodation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Reservations made through SuperControl are bound by their platform terms.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring all provided details are accurate.
2. Check-in / Check-out
- Times will be provided with each booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Refer to the booking platform (e.g. SuperControl or FishPal) for specific cancellation terms.
4. Pets
- Pets are only allowed at The Chalet accommodation. No pets permitted in other properties unless stated.
5. Smoking
- All accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
6. Visitor Conduct
We ask all guests to:
- Respect the estate, wildlife and surrounding environment
- Follow any posted rules regarding fishing, stalking, and other activities
7. Liability
- Rhiedorrach Estate is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings
- Guests participate in outdoor activities at their own risk
8. Website Use
- All content on this website is the property of Rhiedorrach Estate and may not be reused without permission
- We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any part of the website without notice
